General Conditions of Sale (TSM Wellness Limited)

Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions carried out through the website(s), digital platforms, and services operated by TSM Wellness Limited.
A “Client” refers to any natural or legal person who places an order with TSM Wellness Limited via an online payment system, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods.

By placing an order, the Client confirms full acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale without reservation.

Article 1a: Age Restrictions

Age restrictions apply to our products and services:

• Clients must be at least 16 years old to purchase physical or digital products.
• Clients must be at least 18 years old to access services such as coaching, training, workshops, seminars, or consultancy.

TSM Wellness Limited makes reasonable efforts to restrict access to minors. If it is discovered that a Client does not meet the required age criteria, access will be withdrawn, payment refunded, and where applicable, products must be returned.

Article 2: Orders

Any order placed with TSM Wellness Limited constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Article 3: Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable UK VAT where required, excluding delivery or processing charges.

TSM Wellness Limited reserves the right to amend prices at any time. However, the price charged will always be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order, including for pre-order items.

Accepted payment methods include debit and credit cards via secure online payment providers such as Stripe. Payments are encrypted and processed securely. TSM Wellness Limited does not store card details.

Any guarantee regarding payment security is the responsibility of the payment provider.

Article 5: Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Client at the time of order. Clients are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate.

Risk transfers to the Client once the product has been dispatched. In the event of loss or delivery failure, TSM Wellness Limited will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue through replacement or refund where appropriate.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are deemed delivered once access or download details are provided.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

TSM Wellness Limited complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data. Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of providing products and services and for relevant communication.
